SHIPPING POLICY
We use PostNL as our shippng partner. After making the purchase you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code so you can track your order. You will receive the box within 3 days (only shipping in Holland), if you didn't receive anything please contact us through our contactform.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Of course it may happen that you want to return your purchased product from City Set. You have 14 days to change your mind. You must contact our customer service by our contact form when you actually want to return the product.
We ONLY accept your return when our product is intact and unaffected. If you have any questions feel free to ask through our contact form on the homepage.
