First, let’s start from the bottom. Our bar partners will provide you interesting and cheap surprises, to relax of your day with some friends. Those bars are well known among local students for their good atmosphere and friendly barmaids, because in the Netherlands barmaids are kinds which can be really different for some other nationalities. Then, a beautiful boat ride is waiting for you to discover Den Bosch in a different way. It is a classic activity in the Netherlands, but it is worth the trip and it is something to do once. More activities are waiting you in Den Box, the less said, the better is.

Moreover, ‘s-Hertogenbosch is famous for being festive and it is full of diverse events. One of the most famous is the “Carnaval” and there is no apology for miss the party. Indeed, in the Netherlands you have a holiday week for this event and in Den Bosch, people love this event. Truly, everyone is in the street disguised with the famous Den Bosch symbols such as the frog or the city’s colours.

Also, a typical Dutch event is the Kingsday. This is crazy, the all country celebrate the king’s birthday, not by watching what happen in the TV, but by partying through huge festivals and street parades. It is where come from the festival KingsLand, which gathered world famous DJs in several cities of the Netherlands including the little Den Bosch. This festival is located on an island with a star shape, which welcome you with different stages and animations. Of course, if you do not like festival, a lot of people are partying in streets and bars.

Finally, even with its small size, Den Bosch is a city which will surprise you by its festivities and friendly atmosphere. Inhabitants are proud of this particularity and this trend do not seem changed before a while. Obviously, Den Box offer you a selection of the best events with all you need to know about it and some surprises. Be careful toward its aspect apparently quiet, as we say, still waters run deep.
